for minority communities
we provide culturally-sensitive care for minorities by creating nurturing and informative programs
Who are we?
Since 2017, Together is a community-centered service organization dedicated to supporting individuals from immigrant minority groups through life’s challenges and transitions. Currently, we are serving Brazilian immigrants.
We understand that navigating mental health, career decisions, and a new cultural environment can feel overwhelming. That’s why we provide compassionate, culturally aware support designed to meet real needs.
Our team includes counselors, coaches, and community advocates committed to helping you succeed.

Transforming Lives Walking Together
Therapeutic Groups
Our counseling groups meet online weekly to help women to overcome the challenges they face when they get a health diagnosis. The purpose is to build a nurturing community around each woman, so they feel embraced, understood, and supported by others, and they do not feel lonely in their journey. Each session offers a safe space for sharing personal experiences, discussing feelings, and developing coping strategies. By fostering open communication and providing mutual encouragement, these groups empower women to navigate through their uncertainties and fears, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth. Sessions are in Portuguese.

Mental and well-being health is our core mission at Together. We provide affordable and culturally-sensitive counseling and mentoring sessions to underserved Brazilian immigrants in the Wakefield and Natick, MA area. Our dedicated team is passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of life, offering guidance that respects their unique backgrounds and experiences. Sessions are available in Portuguese, ensuring that language is never a barrier to receiving the help one may need. Our commitment to the community is unwavering, and we continuously seek to expand our services to reach even more individuals who could benefit from our support.
Affordable Counseling Sessions
In addition to our mental health and wellness programming, Together supports members of the Brazilian immigrant community in navigating the often complex process of renewing and obtaining essential documents from their country of origin. Together maintains a close, ongoing relationship with the Brazilian Consulate in Boston, partnering to better serve this minority group in our community. Through this connection, we help bridge gaps in access and ensure that individuals feel supported as they secure the documentation they need to live, work, and thrive with dignity.
